EWB + IEEE Wind Turbine Task Force meeting

We're excited to team with IEEE PES Community Solutions Initiative (CSI) on a Wind Turbine Task Force. We're looking for volunteers to help with:

Development of Axial Flux Generators
Development of Wooden Turbine Blades.
Mechanical subsystem Design and Construction including hub assembly, alternator frame, yaw bearing, tail boom, tail, tower, and tower cables.
Knowledge capture and transfer.

The goal is to document the process so EWB-USA and IEEE PES members can train in-situ workers to build and assemble wind turbines at project sites.
