EWB Seattle Chapters Joint Fundraising Meeting

The Seattle Chapters of EWB have teamed up our Fundraising efforts.

At these meetings, we'll plan for our upcoming "Building Across Borders" even on April 23rd.

We'll also discuss the Pedal Coast to Coast tour, Summer Fun Walks and Kickball Tournament, as well as other Fundraising opportunities.

Projects Committee Meeting

The Project Committee meets monthly, on the third Tuesday of the month, to discuss the status of current programs & projects and opportunities for new ones. This includes project plans, progress and needs. All are welcome to come to these meetings. It's a great opportunity to learn more about our organization and how to get involved. The meeting location is given below. Folks unable to attend in person are welcome to join us virtually, using the contact information below.

Membership Committee Volunteer

Membership Committee

The membership committee plays a key role on the non-engineering side of our chapter. This year our goal is to streamline and refine the committee's tasks, including improving the match-up between volunteer opportunities and members' desired level of involvement.

Skills required or will be developed in this role:
* Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for managing membership.
* Communicating with current/potential members and listening to their needs.
* Database management.
* Recruitment of new members to meet chapter needs.

Benefits:
* Networking with members.
* Gain leadership skills. -- Successful, eager committee member will likely become the next committee chair (part of the executive committee).
* Increased influence over the direction of the chapter and direct input on how the chapter meets members' needs.
